Free Eye Camp Organised at Garhara, Barauni Under the Guidance of Dr. M. Iqbal

Barauni (Begusarai) September 13, 2025 – A large-scale free eye checkup camp was organised at Garhara, Barauni under the supervision of Dr. M. Iqbal of Barauni, benefiting nearly 200 people from the surrounding areas. The initiative was carried out by Tameer-e-Millat Educational and Social Welfare Trust, which has been active in healthcare and other welfare activities across the district.

During the camp, patients underwent comprehensive eye examinations by Dr. Iqbal and his medical team. Medicines worth about ₹15,000 were distributed free of cost to those in need. Several individuals were diagnosed with cataract and other eye conditions. According to organisers, after verification, many of these patients will be offered free cataract surgeries arranged under the guidance of Dr. Iqbal with the support of the Trust.

Local volunteers played a vital role in supporting the event, helping with registration, crowd management, and patient assistance throughout the day. Residents expressed appreciation for both the medical services provided and the spirit of community involvement.

Organisers noted that this was not the first time such an initiative had been undertaken. Tameer-e-Millat Educational and Social Welfare Trust has previously conducted health awareness drives, medical camps, and welfare campaigns in different parts of the region. Alongside healthcare, the Trust is also engaged in education, social welfare, and community development programs, all aimed at uplifting society as a whole.

The event was widely seen as a success, with participants praising the efforts of Dr. Iqbal for dedicating his time and expertise to the community. Organisers described the camp as a continuation of the Trust’s mission to extend healthcare services to all sections of society and reaffirmed their commitment to holding similar initiatives in the future.

تعمیرِ ملت ایجوکیشنل اینڈ سوشل ویلفیئر ٹرسٹ کے زیر اہتمام 13 ستمبر کو گڑھرہ، برونی میں مفت آنکھ  جانچ کیمپ کا انعقاد کیا گیا۔ اس کیمپ میں ڈاکٹر ایم اقبال اور ان کی ٹیم نے تقریباً 500 افراد کی آنکھوں کا معائنہ کیا اور مریضوں کو درکار رہنمائی فراہم کی۔

کیمپ کے دوران مستحق مریضوں کے درمیان تقریباً پندرہ ہزار روپے مالیت کی ادویات بلا معاوضہ تقسیم کی گئیں۔ متعدد مریضوں میں موتیا بند کی بیماری کی تشخیص ہوئی جنہیں تصدیق کے بعد ٹرسٹ کی جانب سے مفت آپریشن کی سہولت فراہم کی جائے گی۔

ٹرسٹ کے عہدیداروں نے بتایا کہ یہ کیمپ ڈاکٹر ایم اقبال کی نگرانی اور رہنمائی میں کامیابی کے ساتھ منعقد ہوا۔ ٹرسٹ نے ڈاکٹر اقبال، ان کی ٹیم اور مقامی رضاکاروں کا شکریہ ادا کیا جن کی محنت اور تعاون سے یہ سماجی خدمت ممکن ہوسکی۔

عہدیداران نے مزید کہا کہ ماضی میں بھی اس طرح کے کیمپس منعقد کیے گئے ہیں اور مستقبل میں بھی تعمیرِ ملت ایجوکیشنل اینڈ سوشل ویلفیئر ٹرسٹ صحت، تعلیم اور فلاحِ عامہ کے میدان میں اسی طرح کی خدمات جاری رکھے گا۔

तामीर-ए-मिल्लत एजुकेशनल एंड सोशल वेलफेयर ट्रस्ट द्वारा गढ़हरा, बरौनी में 13 सितम्बर को नि:शुल्क नेत्र जांच शिविर का आयोजन किया गया। इस शिविर में डॉ. एम. इक़बाल एवं उनकी टीम द्वारा लगभग 500 लोगों की आंखों की जांच की गई। जांच के दौरान अनेक मरीजों को दृष्टि संबंधी समस्याओं के लिए आवश्यक परामर्श दिया गया।

शिविर में ज़रूरतमंदों के बीच करीब 15 हजार रुपये मूल्य की दवाइयां निःशुल्क वितरित की गईं। साथ ही कई मरीजों में मोतियाबिंद की समस्या पाई गई, जिन्हें सत्यापन के बाद ट्रस्ट की ओर से नि:शुल्क ऑपरेशन की सुविधा उपलब्ध कराई जाएगी।

ट्रस्ट के पदाधिकारियों ने बताया कि यह शिविर डॉ. एम. इक़बाल की देखरेख और मार्गदर्शन में सफलतापूर्वक संपन्न हुआ। ट्रस्ट ने डॉ. इक़बाल, उनकी टीम तथा स्थानीय स्वयंसेवकों का आभार व्यक्त किया, जिन्होंने इस सामाजिक पहल को सफल बनाने में अहम योगदान दिया।

ट्रस्ट से जुड़े पदाधिकारियों ने कहा कि पूर्व में भी ऐसे शिविर आयोजित किए गए हैं और आगे भी तामीर-ए-मिल्लत एजुकेशनल एंड सोशल वेलफेयर ट्रस्ट स्वास्थ्य, शिक्षा एवं समाज कल्याण के क्षेत्र में इस प्रकार की पहल जारी रखेगा।
